Shipping & Returns
Once we have received your order, we will send you an order confirmation to the e-mail address you provided when submitting your order. All items listed in the web store are in stock. However, should we have any problems with our stock levels when receiving your order, we reserve the right not to deliver the items. Should we be unable to deliver in accordance with the terms in the confirmation of order, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Jatuli web store ships internationally. Orders are sent either via Finnish Post Office or Fedex. We aim to dispatch all orders within three business days after the order confirmation, excluding Finnish holidays and weekends.
If you are located outside Finland, please allow up to 14 days for delivery. Please note that customers from non-EU countries are responsible for any possible import customs and taxes.
Jatuli ships world wide, the flat rates below are the rates no matter how many items you order. In case of returns the shipping fees will not be reimbursed.

Europe — 5 € flat rate

Easy Returns & Exchanges
To ensure your satisfaction with Jatuli products, we offer you a full 14 day money back guarantee from the date you receive your order in EU. Outside of EU you have 7 working days time to return the goods from the day you have received them. The customer is responsible for the shipping expenses unless there is a case of a reclamation You can exchange or return the item without any additional fee. Unfortunately, the cost of delivery cannot be refunded.

Jatuli will not refund the original shipping costs unless the item you have received is faulty or damaged.
Items should be returned new, unused and in perfect condition. All the labels and the possible packagings need to be intact and attached to the product as they were. Returns that are damaged may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Returns will be processed within 2-4 working days, from the day we have received the returned item. After we have received the returned products and checked that the products meet all requirements, we will return the sum of the order.
Please ensure that you return orders with sufficient postage. Returns where postage is not paid will not be accepted by us.
